Accessing Vision AI Dashboards

  1. Login to Cockpit at cockpit.olympuscloud.ai
  2. Navigate to Operations > Vision AI
  3. Select your location from the dropdown

Managing Alerts

When an alert appears:

  1. Acknowledge - Click alert to mark as seen
  2. Investigate - Review camera feed and details
  3. Take Action - Follow suggested resolution
  4. Resolve - Mark complete with notes

Configuring Thresholds

Adjust thresholds for your location:

  1. Go to Settings > Vision AI > Thresholds
  2. Select the metric to adjust (e.g., Drive-Thru Wait Time)
  3. Set Warning and Critical levels
  4. Click Save

Generating Reports

  1. Navigate to Reports > Vision AI
  2. Select Report Type:

    • Safety Compliance Audit
  3. Choose Date Range
  4. Click Generate or Schedule

Training Staff on Vision AI

Key points to communicate:

  • Cameras help verify order accuracy, not monitor individuals
  • Alerts help catch issues before customers notice
  • Privacy: Video stays on-site, only metrics go to cloud
  • Consent: Ensure all staff have signed consent forms
